Funds are provided by Birmingham-Southern College for one $10,000 scholarship--$2,500 per year for four years--to an Eagle Scout the college judges as most deserving from those who participate in its Eagle Scout scholarship competition. The award is made on the basis of academic record, test scores, and recommendations.
