Carter Scholarship Grants for New England Scouts

This scholarship is available to young men who are residents of one of the six New England states and members of one of the New England councils of the Boy Scouts of America. Applicants must be high school seniors who will enter college for the first time in the year they apply. Financial need, promise of leadership, and high school records are essential. The scholarship is for the first (freshman and sophomore) two years of undergraduate college education only. It is for $1,500 per year, with a maximum of $3,000.
