What is the CPC Eagle Scout Association?
The Cascade Pacific Council, Eagle Scout Association (CPCESA) is a fellowship of business professionals, civic leaders, volunteers, and Scouting supporters, who have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and are at least 21 years of age; earned the rank in, or currently reside in, the 18-county area of the Cascade Pacific Council.
Eagle Scouts under the age of 21 are eligible to join as youth members for free until they reach their 21st birthday. Only 4 percent of Scouts ever reach this goal.
