| Frank L. Weil Memorial Eagle Scout Scholarship
The Frank L. Weil Scholarship is administrated by the National Jewish Committee on Scouting in memory of Frank L. Weil, its former chairman and president of the Jewish Welfare Board.
Each year the committee awards three one-time scholarships (one first-place prize of $1,000, and two second-place prizes of $500) to Boy Scouts and Explorers who are Eagle Scouts and have also earned the Ner Tamid emblem.
