Enter Youth Advancement: Process ranks and awards for packs, troops, teams, crews, ships, and posts. Units can now submit advancement for unit youth members online

Use Internet Advancement for the following:

• Add ranks, merit badges, and awards
• Update information on existing advancements (excepting the Eagle Scout rank)


Charter Renewal (Online)

Internet Rechartering

Before begining the online charter renewal you need to complete the following steps:

  1. Select an adult to complete the online process
  2. Obtain your access code from District Executive or District Commissioner.
  3. Complete the online charter renewal tutorial. (Access Code not needed for tutorial)
  4. Roundup the needed information. Note: Fees calculated during online charter renewal are for 2008. For new members you must pay remaing 2007 registration
  5. After completing the above steps you are ready to begin by going to
    https://scoutnet.scouting.org/ucrs
