NATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING SCHOLARSHIP OFFERED BY THE SILVER BEAVER ASSOCIATION
The Silver Beaver Association is a council fellowship of recipients of the Silver Beaver Award with a variety of aims which include social interaction among members, providing support for Scouting activities, and otherwise enhance Scouting programs. The Silver Beaver Association is in support of the National Youth Leadership Training Program, which is operated by the Cascade Pacific Council and is offering two (2) scholarships for qualified Boy Scouts in the Cascade Pacific Council.
Who may apply?
Applicants must be First-Class Scouts who are 13, 14, or 15 and have not yet attended any NYLT training programs. They may have had some leadership experience or are potential leaders in their troop. They need to be individuals who are self-motivated and who would like to become an Eagle Scouts. The Scout must live the Scout Oath and Law.
