Training

• Complete Adult Venturing Leader Basic Training, No. 33491B.
• Complete Sea Scouting leader's specialized training.
• Complete a boating safety course offered by the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, US Power Squadron, or similar organization.

Tenure

Complete two years' tenure in any adult capacity in the Sea Scouts program

Performance

• Perform your assigned leadership responsibilities to the satisfaction of the Skipper.
