Training

• Complete Venturing Fast Start
• Complete New Leader Essentials and Leader Specific Training for your position
• Conduct crew officers' seminars for your crew.
• Conduct at least one Venturing Leadership Skills Course for your crew.

Tenure

Complete three years of registered tenure as an Advisor within a five year period.

Note: Tenure used to earn one key or award cannot be used to earn another key or award.

Performance

• At least twice during these three years, serve as the Advisor of a crew earning the National Quality Unit Award.
• Have a crew open house each year.
• Attend at least four roundtable meetings each year.
