Do you as a trainer or leader know how to be a Star in your district?
By attending Trainer Development Conference, you will receive the next step in supplemental training taught to you by some of the best trainers in Cascade Pacific Council. With all the information, added knowledge, skills, and motivational techniques, you can enhance your future presentations. This course is designed for district training teams, presenters for Council Training Events, Wood Badge staff, and ALL Scout Leaders. There will be many classes for beginning trainers/leaders.

I already took TDC, why should I take it again? Because there will be a special session for advanced trainers and different trainers will deliver quality presentations with different training methods than you may have seen before.
