Way to Scout, Nathan Pugmire of Troop 649. Since he'd adopted his dog from the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, Nathan wanted to help them out. So, he made a whole bunch of adorable "snuffle mats" which are made up of about 400 strips of fleece, to keep the pets cozy. ⠀
