Each year, all three lodges in Section W-1S gather for a weekend of training, fellowship, shows, and fun at the annual conclave. Arrowmen will have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other Arrowmen from around the section and learn new skills to improve their Scouting and Order of the Arrow programs
