Please join the over 1,000 Scouts of the Willamette Valley in honoring Rich Duncan with the 2021 Distinguished Citizen Award. His work and goodwill,  as part of the Santiam Rebuild Coalition created to build a community building, demonstrates his good citizenship, commitment to service, and personal integrity. Though Rich Duncan is not a Scout, he exemplifies all aspects of the Scout Oath and Law.
