Please note: PGE is occasionally shutting off power to the lodge areas to mitigate wildfires. Please watch your email for updates.

RSVP today for Winter Lodge Service Days to get early access to register your unit to this year’s Winter Lodge Program. 

There are two events:  Wood Stack on September 10th, and Lodge Clean up on October 8th

Note: only youth and adults over 12 years old can attend.

All units can send a minimum of two adults to help.  Plan to arrive by 9am, plan to stay through 3pm and bring your own lunch.

RSVP for your unit here.  (You will be asked to submit the contact information for the person who will serve as reservation and event coordinator for your unit’s winter lodge program).

Here is how the reservations will work this year and how participation in the Lodge Service Days will help with early access registrations.

Participation gives you early sign-up access!

  • After participation of a minimum of 2 adults (youth not required)  from your unit attending AND signing in at the lodge on your service day
  • Winter Lodge Early sign-up link will be sent in an email to the email contact provided in this form on October 10th, You will have until Oct 24th to submit a response to receive the early sign-up benefit.
  • Winter lodge will open to everyone November 1, 2022
  • You will need the following information.
    • How many: boy youth, girl youth, male adults, female adults. (You must update your reservation two weeks prior participation otherwise there will be no refund)
    • Lodge preference
    • 3 date choices
  • Starting October 25th, you will be contacted with what dates were awarded to the unit, payment in full is due at that time.
  • Questions can be sent to 492.camping@scouting.org

If you are interested in serving as a lodge Host and learning how to open and close the lodges and run the program please contact todd.mcdonald@scouting.org.  (Lodge Hosts get first choice on dates for winter lodge regardless of service weekends)
