New Pricing Structure for Members

by | Jun 7, 2023 | News | 0 comments

On August 1, 2023, the Boy Scouts of America will be implementing a new pricing structure that includes fee increases and the discontinuation of prorated fees. The goal here is to cover increased insurance and program costs as well as pay for background checks for adults, while also streamlining the billing structure and rechartering process. (View the announcement we sent to our members here.) to our leadership team that there would be an increase in fees and that fees would no longer be prorated for new members.

Following this announcement, the CPC leadership team determined that we too need help covering insurance expenses that have nearly doubled over the last few years.  We understand that everyone is challenged with the increased costs of goods and services and have elected to only pass along a fraction of the true cost of insurance to our Scouting volunteers and families. But we also need your help putting additional safety measures in place.  Our goal is to be the epitome of safety (and fun!) across the Boy Scouts of America, and the slight fee increases will help us put new protocols and tools in place to keep everyone safer while enjoying our camp properties and program at the unit, district and council level.  See below for more information and to download the new pricing sheet.
