The Pacific Trail District Advancement Committee is led by Joan Townsend, and oversees training of eagle board chairs and merit badge counselors, district-level recognition, Eagle Scout boards of review, Eagle Scout project approval, merit badge counselor coordination, unit advancement support, and unit recognition support.
