Unit Trainings – August 8th and 9th (Training Registration Link)
First Show and Sell Order Due – August 13th
First Order Pick-up – September 1st
Submit Unit Kick Off Presentation to CPC – September 1st (Submission Form)
Returns* – October 16th
Take Order/Payment – October 30th
Take Order Pick-up – Nov 17th

*Units may return up to 25% of their 1st Order in full, undamaged and unopened cases
Great news! Storefront sales are a Go!
Trail’s End has partnered with our Council to provide Units with storefront booking by contacting storefronts in your area which you can claim starting July 22nd. As a Kernel, all you will need to do is sign in, sign up, and encourage your Scouts to claim and sell! Safeway, Albertson’s and Fred Meyer have given approval to sell on-location.
Storefront process available July 22nd. Schedule below.

Saturday, July 22nd – $20K & above Units, 3 Reservations within District
Sunday, July 23rd – $20K & above Units, 3 Reservations within District
Monday, July 24th – $10K & above Units, 2 Reservations within District
Tuesday, July 25th – $10K & above Units, 2 Reservations within District
Wednesday, July 26th – All Units, 2 Reservations within District
Thursday, July 27th – All Units, 2 Reservations within Council
Friday, July 28th – All Units, Unlimited Reservations within Council

HOW it WORKS:
View storefronts and sign up through the TE Unit Leader Portal.
See which storefront locations, dates and times work best for your Unit.
View the date your Council allows you to claim within the ‘Storefront Reservation’ section.
When you claim a storefront booth, the storefront day and shift schedule will be added to the TE Unit Leader Portal for you.
Your Scouts will be able to sign up for shifts in the Trail’s End App.
**Please do not contact any of the stores listed in the Leader Portal. Trail’s End will be responsible for contacting these stores.
***If you’ve booked a store that isn’t on this list, please enter that store into the Storefront Management tab in the Leader Portal.
