Salem Impact Hour

Please join the over 1,000 Scouts of the Willamette Valley in honoring Rich Duncan with the 2021 Distinguished Citizen Award. His work and goodwill,  as part of the Santiam Rebuild Coalition created to build a community building, demonstrates his good citizenship, commitment to service, and personal integrity. Rich grew up in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts and will be recognized for demonstrating citizenship, service and integrity, exemplifying all aspects of the Scout Oath and Law.
